This hotel was great! Clean, comfortable beds, fabulous breakfast with many options, and very convenient to Shinjuku station. Many stores and restaurants within walking distance, very accessible and helpful staff, not yo mention luxury shampoo, body wash and best hair dryer I’ve ever used.

It was very convenient to have a washer+dryer combo unit in the room. Breakfast was pretty decent and reasonably priced. Rooms were comfortable. They added a surcharge for our 12 year old son but gave him his own bed.

This was an amazing hotel! Great and very friendly staff, extremely clean and having laundry in the room was a lifesaver. During our stay in Japan we stayed in 4 hotels and this was the only hotel where we ate breakfast everyday because it was so good. There were so many options for great food and everything was very well prepared. Already planning another trip back and will stay at Tokyu Stay!

Great location friendly service Room was typical smaller 501 was located that the other room next could see into our room so we had to keep our shade down

We thoroughly enjoyed Tokyu Stay Shinjuku Eastside - the rooms were spacious, clean and air con was great! So cold in the room which was lovely on a hot summer day. Konbini and McDs close by. Not ideal that it’s next to Kabuchiko but we just avoided going that way.

Very informative and very helpful in assisting with taxi and other travel supports. Lovely laundry in the room available and easy access to the F and E metro lines and M line not far. Quiet room and comfortable bed.
