Our stay was reasonable, the breakfast didn't have lots of vegetarian options but I did expect as such - lots of choices for those who do eat meat/fish. The staff were very helpful with the luggage forwarding. Hotel is a little tired looking but clean and does the trick for a couple of nights.

The hotel is 3 minutes away from the ikebukuro west station. It is easy to locate with the big sign that lights up in night. The staff are sweet and nice. You can check your suitcases and items there before your actual check in time of 3PM. They provide you with a key for your items that you provide to them. The room itself was huge and had a big bed. It was super comfortable and nice. You cannot hear anyone in your room. The breakfast was really delicious with lots of different types of meals to chose from.

Excellent Value clean hotel and great location.

Great location close to Ikebukuro Station, convenience stores and restaurants! Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast buffet, pajamas, amenities which was great. Excellent water pressure it was Hot! Only deducted 1 star as the bed was a little stiff.

It is 10 minutes from Ikebukuro main station from where you can reach almost everything. The Hotel was very clean and the Service was polite and Friendly (the people from the reception speak english). Breakfast was fresh.

Would definitely recommend staying here! The staff are super accommodating. Our check out time was early and our check in to our next airbnb was very late (5pm). They were kind enough to store our luggages here until then while we explored more of the city. Room was very clean and honestly I had the best sleeps on this bed. For a Tokyo hotel room, it was very spacious. Overall a great experience!!

Their silly policy about not letting you checkin until 4pm unless you are a "member" is a nuisance. The room can be ready and waiting but they won't let you checkin until 4pm. However, of course, if you pay the 1,500 to be a member you can checkin early. I know, they are just being creative with a money making scheme but it seems petty to me. Hotel was nice and clean with no complaints. Just would have rather not had to sit in the lobby for 45 minutes but refuse to pay for a "member card". In my book quality hotels let you check in a bit early if the room is ready. That's my somewhat petty complaint. No problems aside from that. :-)
