It has a pretty quick check in and check out. Although at the beginning we thought our room was small, we figured out it was perfect for us and we soon called it home for a few days! The breakfast is amazing and the staff is super friendly. The AC is good and cleaning is great.. totally recommended. Close to the West N exit of Ikebukuro station and other popular spots.

I stayed in a lovely room for two weeks. My room was always clean. Fresh linen washroom was clean. Bed was done very clean in the hallways. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast was served every morning in a canteen atmosphere Very good food. Very good service. The staff were always helpful even though English was sometimes an issue. Laundry facilities were clean and easy to access. Love the location. I would definitely stay here again great experience. Thank you.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Pricing is good and it's really convenient as it's near several good stores you can buy basics from and it's right next to the train station so you have access to get to anywhere you want to in Tokyo. The free breakfast was good too. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. I will be booking this hotel again for my next stay in Tokyo.

The staff is super helpful and nice. You will have a great breakfast choices to choose from such as American style or Japanese style. The area is in the Red Light District but you do not hear much noise. It is actually a safe area too. Lots of lights and nobody will bother you. The room is spacious where I could fit around 2 suitcases inside along with my bag.

Overall, it was a pretty good day. We just stayed for one night. The room is really small especially for two people. Just saying there for just a few nights maybe 23 maximum is OK. It’s in a perfect location about a five minute walk to the main subway to get everywhere. It’s one stop away from all the main places you want to see. We would stay again for a short day. It was perfect for our needs and a very affordable cost. Breakfast was pretty good as well. It was nice that it was included. It was nice how in the lobby they had luggage storage so we were able to store luggage before and after we checked out. Also check out is a little early which is at 10 AM so keep that in mind and breakfast is from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM. Also in the lobby area they have like a cafeteria seating area with like vending machines, ice cream, free ice, water and coffee and a microwave.

I've stay in this hotel before, definately will go again! We Still loves it. Good location. Great Breakfast! Great Staffs! The facility/ building are older but still in great condition and spotless clean! Walking distance to everywhere and to subway line. A 24 hours Donki just minutes walk, best for Jetlag travellers. Car rental also minutes walk from the hotel, which is easy location!

Hotel is a bit aged but well maintained. Signs of aging shows through carpets and bathrooms. The hotel uses eco-cleaning meaning they only come in to clean beds every 3 days. However, they did come in and change towels every day. Hotel offered free breakfast which has protein (eggs / fish), pastries, carb (rice, potato salad, etc), salads (cabbage shreds), and juice. It's not fancy but sufficient to get the day going. Check-in was self-help which was super efficient. I found all the questions I had prior to arriving got answered through their instructions. They've really worked out their customer journey SOPs. The hotel is 5 mins away from the north exit of the metro/JR stations. It has at least 4 convenient stores (lawson, family mart, 7-11) within in a 3 min walking radius. It's convenient. The only complain is that the wifi is very slow. It lagged when I tried to watch videos. Overall, I've enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
