⑮ Only toilet paper in the toilet can be thrown down the toilet bowl. Tissues, paper towels, diapers, sanitary pads, tampons, condoms and anything else should not be thrown down the toilet bowl. If the toilet bowl is clogged due to throwing things into the toilet, we will ask for compensation.
⑯ Each guest is provided with 1 set of towels for the entire stay. Extra towels are available for a fee of 700 yen per set and need to be requested prior to arrival.

⑰ For two guests, we will provide either two single beds or one double bed, and so on. If you need to use beds beyond the number of guests, there will be an additional charge for bed linens.
⑱ In accordance with Japanese law, all foreign guests must provide a copy of their passport. You are required to submit the passport copy through an online form before check-in.
★ For stays of 28 days or more, free use of water, electricity, and gas is limited to 20,000 yen per month. If you exceed the free usage limit, you will be charged an additional fee. If you run out of consumables after your stay, you will have to buy consumables yourself.
