質問の返信が早くて困った時に助かりました。ミニマムなアパートメントでしたが、洗濯もできて、洗濯干しもあり助かりました。洗濯洗剤は自分で用意する必要があります。 残念なのは、設備は新しそうなのに、あちこちガタツキがあったことです。みなさん、もっと物をていねいに扱いましょう。 近くにドラッグストアやスーパーもあります。シャワーのみですが、古い銭湯も20分弱歩きましたが、楽しく利用しました。

客室概ね清掃良かったです。1つだけ、トイレットペーパーホルダーが２つついているタイプでしたが、片方のペーパーがダラッと長く垂れ下がっていて…一瞬お掃除したのかなぁと不安になりました。駅やコンビニからも近く、新宿近辺へのアクセスもよく、また利用したいです。欲を言えば、小さな机の脚がガタガタして不安定でしたので交換されると良いなぁと思います。アメニティに、くし、シェーバー、ボディウォシュタオルついてないので、持参必要。パジャマが着心地良かった(固めの物が好み)、枕がフカフカなのが同行者は気に入ってました。電車が通るとわずかに揺れました。夜間は通らないので気にならない程度でした。食器、調理器具など揃っており、長期滞在もできそう。総合的に、とても良かったです！

It was a nice condo with washer and a shower that can close and fully dry clothes (option on the heating control). Location is close to train, grocery stores & restaurants. Room is also equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, sink & kettle. The layout was a bit tricky and tight so we can only open the suitcase in the hallway by the bathroom. I definitely will stay here again.
