It was in a cute little neighborhood, location was nearby 2 stations within a 5 minute walk. The apartment itself was very cozy and supplied with all the things necessary to cook and relax. I would 100% stay here again with my next stay. It is a bit far from some of the touristy areas but given all the amenities it comes with, it’s definitely worth it.

The room was exactly what we needed for our last days in Japan. Easy to find from the station we arrived, elevator in unit was a plus! Clean and accessible, had difficulty at first with check in tablets, but we communicated quickly with the e-mail correspondence staff and they got us checked in and fixed the tablets same day. Beds are very comfortable, area is quiet and residential. Grocery store nearby is a godsend! Way cheaper snacks options and home supplies to get. A must when doing short days!

The room that was pictured was not the room that we stayed in. Nevertheless, the room we stayed in was clean and had everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. If you want to experience everyday Japanese living, this hotel sits in a quiet neighborhood in Ota, Japan with 7-11, Family Mart, SEIYU Grocery, McDonalds and small restaurants nearby. The Shimomaruko Train Station is just a short walk away, and you are less than an hour away from the heart of Tokyo. There are 2 ladies that work there that make you feel at home, and as long as you follow the rules you should have an enjoyable stay there. The pricing was great, all we could've used was two extra pillows lol. Would definately stay there again.

Amazing stay with a lot to offer.

We loved this place! We were in Japan for 2 weeks and this was our favorite place that we stayed. It has good beds, a heater in the bathroom, a washer, kitchen with everything you need to cook, great instructions on how to get into the building, no loud neighbors and everything was wonderful. The only problem is the location. It is not close to a JR line, so if you buy the JR pass, you'll either need to walk 40 minutes to the nearest JR station or pay extra money to ride the local line. Other than that one super minor thing, it was perfect. We loved this place and would absolutely stay here again, no questions asked. We also really loved the neighborhood and the food options close by. The best Ramen of our trip was a 5 minute walk away.

The staff was very quick to reply and very helpful during our stay. This property is nice, quiet, and has the things you need to enjoy rest while vacationing. Also, there are many combinis close by and two train stations in walking distance.

Very nice hotel that’s fairly close to the train station. Supermarket, 7-11, and a MOS burger nearby.very clean room and decent sized. Only down side is the toilet area is very small. Shower and tub made up for it though.

Our stay at this property for our first trip to Tokyo, Japan was wonderful! It is conveniently located nearby train stations that are walking distance as well as 7-Eleven and Family Mart stores. There are also nearby eateries and a grocery store just a few blocks away. We would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially families or solo travelers who are looking for a quiet place to stay with everything that you need. Checking in and checking out was a breeze! The staff are super friendly, helpful, and very accommodating!
