"We had asked in advance if we could have early check in as we were arriving from London very early. It was pouring with rain, so we went straight to the hotel and asked if they could look after our luggage. The reception staff actually told us they were expecting us to be tired (we were!) and we were welcome to have our room at 10am instead of 12pm. We paid for the extra time and city taxes, the best small extra fee ever! We were so grateful. It set us up for our first visit to Tokyo incredibly well. "

"Travelled solo and had a wonderful stay, check-in experience was also good and well managed. Room was just enough for a solo traveller, with enough space for my luggage. Breakfast options could have been better but what was available was good. The Onsen facility was perfect, clean and well maintained. Overall great stay and good value for money, would definitely return for another stay if I’m ever in Tokyo."

"This was an easy, low key place to home base during a great visit to Japan. It’s pretty basic and quiet which was all I needed. Sometimes the lack of visible staff created some uncertainty but someone always seemed to appear and help. I really liked my time there!"
