"It was not obvious from the website, but this is a shared apartment in which two groups of travelers (my room had beds for 3) each get their own bathroom, but you have to go into the common space to get to your bathroom and there is only one (big) common space for the whole place. It worked out for me as there was no one else there while I stayed, but it would have been very awkward to have a stranger there with me. "Great property and owner. Need a car to get around or use taxis. Great location if you want to visit Modena, Parma and Bologna but dont want to stay in the center of any of them. Close to Ferrari, Lamborghini, all sites."

"Die Unterkunft ist klasse. Preis - Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall ! Es gibt einen großen Bereich mit Küche (können alle Zimmer nutzen) hier finden sich auch Kleinigkeiten wie Wasser, Plätzchen etc. die zur kostenlosen Verfügung stehen. Man hat dann ein Schlafzimmer inkl. eigenem Badezimmer. Sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Würden definitiv noch einmal herkommen. Lage war top , direkt an der Einkaufsstraße "

"This was a nice place. The only drawback was that it’s literally the attic, so it was 2 flights of stairs to reach the unit. This can be an issue if you have large luggage. Otherwise the unit is spacious, clean, and really close to be airport, which is nice for those early flights! And I can’t say enough about how welcoming and accommodating the host is.
