Cleaning staff was loud and obnoxious. The daytime greeter was very nice. The evening/weekend staff person was rude. We need coffee in our room!! Where are the coffee makers?? Breakfast was horrible! Where are the waffle makers? Please stop burning the link sausage. I could go on but why bother, nothing will change. I'll try the Drury next time.

The room was a handicapped bath with only one office chair for TV viewing. The shower curtain had black mold within the folds and the shower seam had the same black mold. After showering there was a pool of water on the floor outside the shower. We booked for two nights with Expedia. We added one more night directly with the hotel; however the room was not cleaned nor was the linens nor towels replaced. If it wasn't for the calls to the Mgr on duty, Amanda, our stay would have been a failure on behalf of the hotel management.

We only stayed a night on a long road trip. The hotel is convienantly located and the room was spacious and clean. Was a great place to rest before continuing on our trip. Breakfast had the usual offerings but was a perfect way to start our day.

Holiday Inn and Expedia could not communicate with each other to resolve my reservation problem. I had ordered two rooms from Expedia but Holiday Inn said I had ordered only one. I was then required to purchase an additional room. Effectively, I was forced to pay for three rooms.

The room was a basic King and was fine. We spent 4 nights. Breakfast was good and the general surrounding satisfactory. Our only qualm was that housekeeping never came to clean our room. We had to ask for clean towels which we got until the following day. We had to make the bed ourselves.

The breakfast was the best part of this stay. The rooms were dirty. My daughter's feet were black from just walking around. We found multiple hairs on the bed upon checking in. Our refrigerator didn't work and we had food/drinks we needed to keep cold. Front desk was rude when I brought it up, they did rudely offer to move us rooms but moving with a toddler wasn't ideal. We just used our cooler and bought ice for our stay. The pool was what my toddler was most excited for and it looks nothing like the pictures. It looked dirty but it was actually stained for something. The location for stuff was good and easily could get back to the high way. Just disappointed for the price I paid for this trip and what we really got out of it.

It was busy at check in the check in staff was a little overwhelmed. The hotel was a full night. But other than that everyone was kind and friendly. The breakfast was well staffed and a pretty good breakfast. Tash was the lady taking care of breakfast did an outstanding job and extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of staff cleaning in the morning and friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a problem with the dryer unfortunately, so no pool towels and only small towels in the hotel room bathroom. Had to ask for replacement shampoo because our pump was broken, but lady at the front desk was kind. The pool was decent, 3-5 foot deep, no hot tub at this location and you have to have the desk worker open the door to enter the pool area (for safety they said). Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold food. Coffee was available 24/7. Ice machines are on the 3rd and 5th floor.
