"It was humid and wet. And you could smell it. Not good heating. I expected a different comfort from a place rated that high. No breakfast. Very disappointing. Era umido. E aveva un cattivo odore per questo. Pessimo riscaldamento. Mi aspettavo una location diversa vista l Alta valutazione. Non c era la colazione. Generalmente una non buona esperienza."

Absolut ungestörte Atmosphäre trotz zwei Wohnungen im selben Haus (separate Eingänge und Terrassen). Am Ort Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants (wir haben Gina und Orietta probiert, beide gut), Cafés etc. Sympathische und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin. Hinweis für Läufer/Radfahrer: Der Weg vom Haus in den Ort sind ca. 2km und 250hm aufwärts, die Hälfte...

"Appartamento grande e pulito, è veramente a un passo dal mare, la spiaggia è di sassi, ma una volta entrati in acqua c'è la sabbia, le spiagge di sabbia non sono comunque lontane in auto. Non è difficile trovare parcheggio vicino all'appartamento. Proprietario gentile e disponibile."

Die Ausstattung ist absolut hochwertig und der etwas höhere Mietpreis ist durchaus berechtigt. Empfehlenswert für Leute mit Stilempfinden und dem Wunsch, im Urlaub nur wenig Kompromisse eingehen zu wollen. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter."

"The property is set in the most beautiful scenery, and you really get to experience the real Italy. It was such a well design villa with a superb art collection and decor. Being right in the hills meant the view was always changing, and amazing to just sit and watch. The pool was amazing and a welcome cool down from the August heat. The local towns were great and all the locals were just lovely, even teaching us bits of Italian. Try the coffee as you won’t be disappointed with the espressos....

Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen gastfreundlich, stets erreichbar gewesen und sehr hilfsbereit. "Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage.Der Weg zum Strand war in fünf Minuten fussläufig erreichbar, mit dem Auto geht es noch schneller, mehrere kostenlose Strände sind gut erreichbar. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Mehrere Einkaufsläden sind in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb der Stadt in einem Garten mit Olivenbäumen, sehr schöner Ort um mal abzuschalten, kein Ort für Partys. Civitanova...

"Amazing views from the pool side over vineyards and the mountains in the distance are one of the best things about this property. Its also very close to the local village which has a great pizzeria and supermarket. Overall, not a touristy place."
