The only issue I did not expect was restaurant dining not available and the bar being closed as well. Aside from this it was a pretty good place to stay at a comfortable price.

Hotel needs some upgrades.

The room was dated. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were hard. No AC. The hot water took too long. The towels were very hard and smelled. The only great thing was the breakfast. The ladies there were awesome. The reception staff were very friendly. We had the street view and at night it was so noisy

The property was very nice. However we had problems with the security box and to change rooms Then in the other room there was no hot water and there was no hot water. The employees were very kind and every thing was very clean.

No servía el wc No tiene calefacción No cuenta con elevador y estaba en el 3er piso La tina tenía fuga y se inundo el baño La atención ofrecida no solucionó el problema (enviaron a la ama de llaves a solucionar el problema) Considerando el valor del costo del hospedaje realmente mucho que desear para una cadena de este tipo

Me pareció muy descuidado el hotel. Focos fundidos Sin suficientes toallas en el baño Algo muy desagradable fue que la TV sólo tenía 4canales y uno de material porno, ES UN HOTEL FAMILIAR!!!! Adicional a ello el control remoto sólo funcionó un para de veces y luego nada. la habitación que me tocó da al estacionamiento del hotel de paso de a lado, mucho ruido risas, en la madrugada. Realmente pensaré bien si me vuelvo a quedar en ese hotel. Es una pena porque está muy bien ubicado para mis actividades en Toluca .
