I have been a recurring client of Hotel Avandaro for a long time. With its on going renovations, it is a worderful place to stay with family or couple. It has many things to do, the layout is amazing and staff is extremely helpful. It´s an ideal place to stay and do outdoor activities or explore Avandaro and Valle de Bravo.

This is our second time staying at this property for a family vacation. I have young children, and the facilities, like the pool, are excellent for them. The food is good, offering plenty of comfort food options. During our last visit, I was unsatisfied with the service and gave them a 3-star rating on a different platform. I believe they have improved since then, but their level of service still does not match the prices they charge. I hope they enhance their service further. Nevertheless, it's still an excellent option for people visiting the area.

Poorly maintained rooms, without basic courtesy kits - Vanity, shower caps, etc - and bad response when asking for basic things such as extra towels. Don’t expect accessibility when using a wheelchair and want to go to the main hotel areas such as the pool and garden: no ramps, no elevators… nothing. It’s a pity for such a beautiful and traditional hotel in one of the most iconic and wonderful towns of Mexico such as Avandaro. Hope they take into account people with disabilities in their future renovation plans.

Todo el personal es muy amable , desde que te abren la pluma, gente del Valet y recepción. Las instalaciones de La recepción, restaurante, cafetería , alberca no van a corde a los cuartos del hotel. El cuarto olía a humedad, un poco sucio y hay que tomar el coche para trasladarse de recepción-cuarto-alberca etc. El control remoto de TV nunca funcionó .

En general es excelente todo el servicio y la atencion y alimentos bastante buenos. El unico problema es que las pantallas de TV en diferentes cuartos son malas, ya que siempre he tenido problemas .
