"Overall, my hotel stay was good, but there were a couple of issues that affected my experience. The elevator was out of service for the entire weekend, from Friday through Monday, which was inconvenient.
Additionally, I believe breakfast should be included in the room rate rather than charged separately. The breakfast offered was comparable to the complimentary breakfast provided at many other hotels. Given the additional cost, I expected a better selection or higher quality.
With improvements to these areas, the overall guest experience would be much better."
