The staff was wonderful, chicken was easy. But our room Not dudes the mirrors were dirty.Shower was dirty floors needed to be vacuumed. Breakfast was continental the ( Toast waffles, muffin cereal Spinach, keish Chocolate and white milk juice.) Second morning, scrambled eggs, bacon, toast waffle, muffin yogurt chocolate milk juice The only fruit that was offered on the 2nd day was bananas. For the price we paid for a 2 night During the week day it could have been Cleaner and better breakfast

This was a great room, we stayed for 4 nights, it had everything needed in the kitchen with the exception of oil. The place was clean, comfortable and quiet with a great coffee shop just next door. One downside was there was a laundry facility but it only took quarters and you couldn't get coins out at the desk or anywhere around. There was something in the wardrobe for a laundry service but when I asked the front desk they had no idea what I was talking about so I had to hand wash some of my clothes in the sink, so that sucked. The breakfast was pretty standard, eggs which ran out quick in my experience and plus sausage, waffles, toast, bagels and cereal. Would recommend staying here for sure.

While there we came under a tornado warning. We were in the lobby and phones started going off saying “take cover now”. There was a woman mopping the lobby who just kept mopping. Everyone just sat there and not one employee even offered the info of where we should go to take cover. Finally my husband went up to her and asked where we should go if in deed a tornado were to show up. She had to think about it and finally said “probably under the stair case.”

it was horrible customer service. I tried to check in at 6 took my license and card then said system went down told me to come back. I couldn’t get back until 10:30 I Called and called no answer to check and see if I could check in. When I got there I was told my reservation was canceled when system went down I had no room. So I was left with no room at 10:30 at night by myself with a child! It was ridiculous they could have called me or told me earlier

Nice hotel

Very nice newly built supposedly 2024,very comfortable and quiet ,no restaurant or bar on site ,room was tiny, full kitchen, very clean and new,the breakfast buffet was not much to brag about, i was hoping for eggs and bacon, but none ,apt building is right behind the hotel ,all in all i would stay again because of the newness

Pros: Nice property. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Nice bed and tv. Friendly staff. Full size fridge and plenty of kitchen supplies were great to have. Good breakfast. Cons: Only decaf coffee was available in the room. (This has been the case both times we stayed there). And going downstairs just for coffee as soon as she got up was not feasible for my 87 year old mom. No dresser in the room made it difficult for us to unpack all of our clothes.
