"Nice place. Just no staff to tell people after a certain time to be silent. Shower where nice but to small for tall people( 175 cm or taller) overal cleanness could be better 1st day saw some flattend dead bugs. But no bedbugs or other nasty stuff. Showers and toilets where really clean and tidy"

"Please!!!!!!! Don’t stay in this place or any apartments they have. Don’t waste money and time. There are many places much better for a little more money. I had to leave the apartment that I rent from them because the pillows, sheets, sofa bed, everything had a very bad smell. I had to look for another place and spend more money, and they promise a refund that I’ve never got. Stay away for their properties Lorf hostel or any apartments that they offer. "The Hostel is great for the price. The cleaning lady is working nonstop, and the results are visible. Receptionists are kind and helpful. The location is excellent! About a 10-minute walk from the castle. The negatives are that there are only 4 bathrooms for everybody, with 3 showers. On weekends, when there are more people, it can get busy. Moreover, during peak shower usage, if you are the last one, the warm water may have run out. I stayed for two weeks, and I would go back. I paid about 50...

"The cleanliness in the room was shocking. Primarily the bed linen, they use grey fluffy blankets as a mattress protector. There was black fluff, bits of crisps, stained linen, brown marks on the blankets. It smelt like damp in the whole room. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from next door and hallways. Never again ! "

"What an amazing little find! A superbly presented property with everything you could possibly need, at a very decent rate. Regular bus services to airport and city centre. Nearby shops less than a mile away. Quiet countryside location, some might find air traffic a bit noisy but I didn't mind it at all. Clear check-in instructions. Great range of breakfast food. "The Bachleda is an excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Krakow. All the tourist attractions are easily walkable from the hotel, but we made use of uber most evenings.The staff were extremely helpful and spoke perfect English. Very good breakfast included in the rate, but you could order whatever you wanted at extra cost. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a SuperKing sized bed and well appointed bathroom. The spa included a small pool, powerful showers, and sauna and steam rooms (no swimwear!). The bar is cosy and comfortable, and they do a nice line in house cocktails. We didn't notice any children. "
