"Fantastic hotel, right in the old town! The location was amazing...right by the main square, where the market, restaurants, carriage rides, are. A short walk to the castle, and river boats. While we didn't have an outside window, we were on the 1st floor, and had access to the atrium, which gave us light. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Nice clean hotel in great position. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfy. Tea and coffee available in room. We had B & B and there was plenty of food and drinks choice at breakfast. Nice restaurants near the hotel to eat out in."

"The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you. The team arranged a transfer from the airport with less than 24 hours notice. Totally professional and friendly during the check in. The suite we stayed was incredible, including the most comfortable hotel bed ever - I think it’s possibly the nicest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. The hotel garden area should not be overlooked for a couple of quiet hours relaxing. Hotel is in a perfect location and park at the end of the street was a lovely place for a walk. Honestly, just the best experience. We will definitely rebook for Amber Design Residence the next time we come to Krakow. Thanks for helping make our trip special."
