The direct bus from Tokyo stations was so helpful and made this hotel super convenient. We had our bags shipped ahead, as we were checking in they were brought to us no need to even ask for them. The staff were extremely helpful, very English friendly. We made use of the onsen it was lovely, very large, clean, wonderful outdoor area. Lots of space and different temperature pools. We ate at the onsen restaurant, nice to have a place to lounge and have a snack and a drink outside of your hotel room. Breakfast had a lot of options very well rounded meal of western and Asian options. Check out was smooth they will give you a paper of when the airport shuttle will run and will announce it in the lobby when the bus has arrived and is boarding passengers. The shuttle arrived on time and left the hotel on time. Very nice hotel.

The concierge, Ariel was very helpful & pleasant. He helped us to find a hospital when we needed medical care. The front desk staff, Anna & Kanai were very helpful because they speak English. The drivers were very nice & kind although we don't speak Japanese. The room's toilet makes very loud noise whenever we flushed. The sewer under the bath tub smells like something rotten. Also, we had a business class room, wish there an extra chair in room.

I had an amazing time during my stay here. The complimentary onsen was the highlight of my trip. It had an incredible atmosphere and the food was delicious. The room was a good size for a single traveler and was always clean, even though I didn't spend much time at the hotel. There is a bus that shuttles you to Tokyo and back throughout the day which is very convenient. Will definitely look to come back!

The room was larger than other hotels, the indoor pool was closed down and the outdoor pool was freezing I could barely put my foot in it. The buffet was just ok but I would not have paid the price for it. The absolute best part is you can walk next door to the spa complex in about 2 minutes. There was an earthquake the first night and I was on the 11th floor building is built for it and sways and I go an emergency text right away.

WOW. The staff was so friendly, the onsen made me feel like I was walking through a dream. It is a beautiful resort. Also they have a mini 7-11 inside the building with essentials and 7-11 favorites. You could not ask for more.

We stayed for a week at this hotel an everyday we had clean towels and beds made, the staff were very helpful and they all spoke fluent English so it was easy to ask any questions, they had free breakfast and their is a little 7 eleven in the lobby for easy quick snacks , their spa was very clean and the staff was welcoming it was close to the narita airport which is where we flew in and flew out of their shuttle buses were so accommodating getting us to and from Tokyo station and the airport pretty much recommend!

Breakfast is a little expensive compared to others. Wouldn’t make this your main place in Japan just beginning or end as the Tokyo bus costs 10$ per way and last bus is at 9pm but really nice stay with free shuttle to Narita airport Narita city.

An excellent place to stay. It was so good that when our flight got cancelled, we booked in here again for the night. We got the breakfast buffet as well and it was totally worth it. You pay more for a coffee on the streets then you do for an all you can eat buffet. In the rooms, you get slippers that you can take home, toothbrush, razor, everything you would need. But if you are a tea drinker, you may find it harder in Japan that you would like. English breakfast tea (or any black tea) with milk, sadly is hard to come by and when you do find it, drink as much as you can. They do have some in the buffet, just no milk in the rooms.
