Adequate but nothing special. Arrived late, easy to find. Refrigerator in suite was noisy. Staff was very courteous.

Not a great stay

The hotel had hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel that were empty. Clientele allowed their kids to run up and down the hallway and yell past midnight. Check out is 11am and your room key stops working at 10:20 am of the morning you are leaving. Bed was somewhat comfortable. Not the quality for the price they charge you.

Our room wreaked of smoke and was damp and musty. We came from a festival so it was midnight and we just wanted to sleep so we didn't want to change rooms due to exhaustion. I complained the next day and they did offer a different room for the second night which was better. The pillows were the worst of any hotel I've stayed in- which is ALOT.

The hotel was shot down and closed and Expedia was supposed to let me know in advance to get myself a different place I was laying around for hours to decide where to go and what to do. Horrible/ Not happy and mad.

Towels should have been disposed of a long time ago. I would not even save these to wipe my dog down. No info regarding cleaning the room until we got back in the late evening to find all the wet towels and the bed unmade. When we went to the desk to get new towels, we inquired about room service only to be told that we needed to ask. Nice to not have been given that heads up at check in. Restaurant opens late in am. Noise and dirt from maintenance crews outside. Never again.

The Ramada closed and Expedia called me explaining that I had been rebooked at the Days Hotel. However, when I arrived at the Days Hotel they didn't know about my reservation. Luckily they did have space.

Room was okay

Lighting in th hotel room is not bright enough, which is typical for most hotel rooms (green BS). Closet door didn't work well, heating unit very noisy, needed to use a pillow to reach the desk sitting on the desk chair (I'm 5'8"). Loved the bed, nice firm mattress. Hotel Restaurant was closed, and internet seem slow.

Our room did not have a chair to sit on, only the bed and a computer chair. The other couple that traveled with us in the room across the hall, their TV did not work and the coffee machine in their room did not work. However, when they told them at check out they did discount their blll

The lobby is what caught my attention; airy, bright, spacious and very elegant compared to others in the area. The room was comfortable, I personally prefer wood floors, again spacious for three adults and there was a lot of natural light. But the cleanliness was ok; the top sheet had some stains and there was a white stain on our floor, so I was not too satisfied. I was also upset that I couldn't find any latino news on the tv, this was the first hotel I've been to that I couldn't find a latino channel. Overall, the location is very convenient if you are visiting the area of Lakewood.

IF i had to stay again I would

I was on the 3rd floor the bathroom sink leaked but overall clean. There was nobunk pen for writing. No rug on the floor either. Handle on window curtain pull was dirty. Staff was excellent in processing my onstay and leaving. Score 9 out of 10.
