"We had some issues with late check in , but the manager and owner intervened promptly and solved the issue. The hotel was clean , well equipped and had very good breakfast. They need better system for late check in . But overall great place. Happy to come again in the future. "

"私の8年前のレヴューがまだ残っているが、このホテルに対する高評価は全く変わらない。部屋の快適さ、地下駐車場経由でカラカラ・テルメまでバスローブのみで行けることなど。ひどい円安のせいで、一番良い部屋は一泊5万円近くになってしまったけど。コロナ以後、しばらく続いていたバーデンバーデン駅までの送迎がなくなったのは残念だが、もともと交通の便は良いので苦にならない。ただし、公式HPの205系統に乗ってCaracallaで下車という案内に間違いはないのだが、実際には一番近いこのバス停まで来るバスは1時間に1本ぐらいしかなく、205系統も大半はLeopoldsplatzどまりなので、Leopoldsplatzまで行くバスを探して乗った方が早い。"

"Service and staff were excellent. Old style hotel with no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up some steep stairs. Breakfast was wonderful and the garden was so beautiful. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
