I would highly recommend this fantastic B & B a true Gem set in the beautiful Kent countryside, perfect peace, the owners are so lovely & can’t do enough for their guests, my room was so clean & comfortable I didn’t want to leave, I’m very much looking forward to staying there again 👍

The hosts were lovely and very friendly. We hadn't realised the house was so far from the village but Gez kindly gave us a lift into the village in the evening. Lovely house and beautiful garden. Would definitely stay here again.

Smashing hidden gem

Kathy was the most welcoming host one could wish for. Every detail is considered. The door was opened as we arrived so we wouldn't have to worry about letting the cats out. We could even text Kathy from our room if we needed something so as not to break covid-safety. We weren't too hot thanks to the fan provided even though it was the height of July summer. Fair View is so peaceful and calming, I almost don't want to give a glowing review because I don't want everyone else to discover it! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. Thank you so much.
