"I would like to say that Tiago was a big help getting us a new room as our AC did not work properly and we had a poor first night sleep. With the new room we slept much better for the following two nights. Thanks Tiago! The rest of the stay was pleasant and the breakfast staff were also fantastic."

When we arrived here after hours driving on 35 degree Friday, we couldn't even BUY a drink. 2 bars, both closed. Not even a suggestion of an alternative option.Nice location by a lagoon on a hot day and can't even get a beer. Disappointing. If I knew this when I was booking I would have stayed at one of the other options within 30 mins. On a 10 day road trip of northern Portugal, this was the worst value hotel we stayed at. No fridge in the room Shower head was dodgy so shower was frustrating Matresses are great if you enjoy springs in your back. Wont be back"
