"Very convenient airport bus pick up. Room was nice, staff friendly and efficient, breakfast buffet was delicious. Great variety of items all served fresh. Coin laundry at the property very helpful. Bus into Narita station and nearby Aeon shopping mall also very convenient. Overall recommended."

"I booked a garden view, and I was thrilled with spacious condition with great amenities. This is probably the best and most affordable hotel near Narita International airport that's so underrated. Breakfast buffet is great in super spacious dining restaurant atmosphere, and if you would like to experience onsen, pay extra 700 yen (go there between 4PM-7PM for nearly empty slot), and enjoy both indoor and outdoor bath. I was able to book for under $60, literally. "

"This is an older European style hotel; dated but in a charming way (to me). The bed was firm which I can see being an issue for some, but it was fine for my two night stay. I took advantage of their free shuttle each day; it was right on time every time. While the Senses restaurant was only open for breakfast (which was a very nice selection) I was happy with the options the convenience store inside the hotel had to offer. "This is our first APA Hotel stay in Japan and it was surprisingly comfortable and better than expected. Our corner room was slightly bigger than the rest of the rooms and the hotel room was very thoughtfully planned out to maximise all available space. 👍👍"

"It’s a little far from Makuhari Messe, so I took a taxi there during Tokyo Game Show. The staff were very friendly and kind. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable. Overall great stay, would recommend. "
