There was no staff present, no one to contact, and it was completely impossible to get assistance when I needed it. "Its a cozy, old timely hotel. In the middle of everything. The train station and Pisa tower are are all in walking distance. I also found a locally frequented pizzeria and an open air art center behind the hotel. The breakfast was included and great. Everyone was nice."

"Communal areas were very nice but our room (102) whilst having a separate seating area to the bedroom was poor for a four star hotel.
