"They don't allow people to eat at the lobby. All the staff seem very nice and professional. The Hotel is clean and quiet in the bedroom. I ask the hotel staff to sign a paper which I need to get a cash refund from JAL airline which canceled my flight. JAL would compensate for the hotel stay. The first staff refused, he said he would not do that. I asked another staff in the morning, and she was very nice and she signed the paperwork. This hotel offers buses run directly to Narita and Haneda...

"Our first time at Daiwa Hotel. It’s not as convenient as staying near Shinjuku Station. The Nishinshinjuku station is not very far, but it's a bit of a walk. The lobby is very nice and clean. The staff is very professional and helpful. The floor we stayed on, the hallway was dark. Things that made the hotel less enjoyable was the room, the entrance has a oder smell (used old socks smell) and the bathroom shower smelled like it has plumbing problems. We had to run the water first before...

"The Staff was amazing and very helpful. Hotel was very clean and we loved the location. We were very happy with our choice of this hotel and we would recommend it for a stay in Tokyo. Train station was just down the street 5 minute walk and the bus stop was across the street. The park was great to enjoy as well."

"This hotel was really modern, clean and convenient. It’s very close to the train station of Takadanobaba, Family Mart, 7-11, Don Quijote, KFC, Mcdonald’s, Uniqlo, Lawson, and more which I didn’t expect when I booked it. There’s a restaurant inside the hotel that I didn’t try, but it was pretty busy throughout the days I stayed here. The AC was really great after a hot day and there was a slight smell to the bathroom but it wasn’t super bothersome as i just used it to shower and use the toilet...
