The “premium bedding” didn’t live up to the claim either — very firm beds and wafer-thin pillows made for an uncomfortable stay, and we ended up checking out early. "Check in was easy & room was ready early which was great. Room was adequately furnished and spacious. Unfortunately on our last morning we lost power and had to ring the emergency number provided on check in. I was made feel that the issue was my fault, because I had 2 appliances (toaster & kettle) and heater on at the same time??? I was told this by emergency manager who initially arrived with no keys to meter box and who insisted it was in the bedroom, it was not! Upon checkout I informed...

The reception staff were friendly, and check‑in was quick and straightforward. The free parking right outside the property was very convenient and made the stay hassle‑free.
