"There was no lighting working by bed. The entry to the washroom had a switch plate lying on the counter. There was a repair in process by the light switch never finished. TV was moderately functional."

"Breakfast was okay at best. Scrambled eggs were pre-cooked and then re-heated in microwave. Bananas were the only fruit option. Gym has very minimal equipment and treadmill was not working properly. Some rooms are currently under renovation and overall the hotel needs work. The lobby/breakfast area are by far the nicest areas which is why I often saw the breakfast staff member and another women sitting in the 2 blue chairs facing the front desk. I saw people using the guest laundry which is a nice option if needed. "

"The pool and hot tub were great. Area was well kept Small amount of mould was noted in the shower area. Reported to the front desk and a maintenance man came up very quickly to resolve the issue. Otherwise the room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. It was great to have coffee and hot water available for tea 24/7. Will definitely stay there again"

"The gym was incredible. The equipment was very new and clean. The mirrored wall expanded the room nicely. The stay would have been perfect if Spark had coffee makers in the room. I suppose the lack of coffee in the room is a cost saving measure."
