"I requested a smoke free room. Which i did not get. 2nd. I gave my cloths to iron. I had to call 3 times the next morning to get my cloths back. For a moment i thought. Staff had lost my cloths. After waiting for 3 hours. I was able to get my cloths. Thank GOD. Over all a very safe, clean and cozy place to relax and stay. "

Khurram, the bellboy, was equally helpful, assisting us with a smile and making our arrival and departure smooth and welcoming. The hotel is a fantastic choice for international travelers — spotless, secure, and thoughtfully run. I would highly recommend Mövenpick Centaurus to anyone visiting Islamabad. "Nice , clean hotel, food verity was good. Only one problem. Room air conditioner were not working properly in both rooms. Although called technician and was promised that air conditioner will work in 5 minutes but whole night room was very hot. Couldn’t even properly sleep and was getting up after every 10/15 minutes. "
