"This was a terrific property for me and my wife during our stay! We especially enjoyed the hammock in the backyard. The four muffins awaiting us in the kitchen were amazingly good, too! "Clean and spacious two bedroom, two bathroom suite accomodated our family needs perfectly for two nights. It also had a full kitchen and washer/dryer for stays of longer duration. Located right next to Washburn University. The cafe in the bottom of the building had friendly service and a great breakfast. The bedroom closest to the street had some street noise, but pretty quiet through most of the night."

"We were here for a quick one night stay, arrived late so were bummed we did not have more time to enjoy the space. There were only two of us but this would be a really fun and easy place for a family or two to stay. Very convenient, comfortable living spaces, games, TV’s, kitchen, and bathrooms, everything you could need. Charming old house with the quirks we are used to as we also have an old house. Yard looked nice too. Very convenient location and responsive host. Thank you!"

"So comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The only misleading thing was the description said there was a hot tub which there isn’t. A plus is the zoo is very close and a great family outing!"
