There is a washing machine that you can use within very limited hours on the ground floor of the block but no tumbler. "What an amazing experience- probably best hotel we stayed- staff is very friendly and helped us with large luggage, place is spectacular, best sleep, pure alpine water right out of the faucet and everything though about in details, such as comfortable bed, coffee tea, delicious breakfast, amazing dinner menu with wild mushrooms, forest berries and so much more. Highly recommend "

"The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. My stay included breakfast, which was available between 7am - 10am. It meant that I didn't have to get up too early for it.
The spa and pool were great, very clean and also had amenities such as snacks, water and hot drinks. They were both open for very long hours so i was able to use them after I returned to the hotel after my day outs.
I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's in middle of Bad Aussee, just the spa and pool is worth going to!"
