"What a fine hotel this is! I had high hopes but it still exceeded expectations. Private Transfer is definitely worth it if your time is limited. Food is pricier than city but quality is superb and the breakfast is perfect. What really makes the hotel is the staff. Extremely good at making you relaxed and feeling welcomed. When the weather turned and an issue with our return day arose, they had arranged a boat, a driver and a new hotel so that our stay was seamless… and all before we had time to realise there was a problem. We will be back!"

"i loved this hotel, the view from every room was fabulous. The hotel staff was curtious, friendly, helpfull, fun and wonderful. The cook wanted to make sure the eggs were cooked right, and since you wanted vegetables in them, then maybe you wanted more of them on the side. it is a little ways out of town, but thats part of the charm!!"

"We are a family of 4 adults and stayed for 10 nights in a 2 bed apartment which was spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The air con was excellent and meant we all slept well. The beds/towels were changed half way through, along with a quick clean which was appreciated. On arrival we found the apartment had 2 double beds rather than the double and twin set-up we had on our reservation. We were quickly offered a solution of an additional single bed which worked well. The pool area was lovely and there were always sunbeds available. We loved the views from the apartment, both front and back. Slano was a perfect size with enough restaurants and shops for our needs. "

"Zoran and his family tell us they dont normally get guests from the uk. Well it is well worth a visit. The villa is outstanding. With a car you can reach Split and Dubrovnik within an hour and a half. The hosts restaurant is the best in town. We all enjoyed the food there and were treated well by the staff. Duba beach is about a fifteen minute walk. A very picturesque location for a peaceful holiday"

"We were a family party of 17 ranging in ages from 6 to 83. The Villa Solo was excellent for us. It consists of 5 apartments which can be used independently or as one house. We used them as one house. There is also a large communal area with a separate kitchen, covered patio dining area, BBQ, gardens and a swimming pool. Pero and his family live on site, are unobtrusive but available for any assistance or local information and advice. He is a font of local knowledge and contacts. The Villa is very comfortable, well cared for with all modern fittings and services and air conditioned. We mainly used the communal area which easily accommodated all our families' requirements. I cannot speak highly enough of this property, its owners and facilities and the area. I have no hesitation in recommending it to any groups large or small for a most enjoyable holiday. We would certainly be very happy to stay there again."
