"Paid a twin room, but received a double bed on the check in day instead. The receptionist said housekeeping were home for the day and they could not fix it, even though their system noted it was a twin. Was told to deal with the double or have the couch set up. Turns out, all they had to do was unzip the mattress and remake the beds. It kind of felt like they didn't want to make the effort to fix the situation at first."

"Fun, quirky hotel. Grounds are well kept, with many interesting art installations. Check restaurant opening times before booking. We were disappointed that the main restaurant was closed during our stay."

"Location is good and there is parking (with a fee) at the hotel. My only complaint is our room kitchen cupboard had a very bad smell of overly cooked vegetables. We had to keep the door closed at all times."
