Room was clean. Staff were nice and friendly. The location is about 2 miles away from center of Assisi. Need to buy a couple of €1.3 tickets good for 80 minutes; to go in Assisi and back to hotel daily .

Il Palazzo
The room was great! It had a clean bathroom, nice bed, and a gorgeous window that overlooks the town. The only downside is that the outside traffic (people and some cars) can be noisy, so I'd advise bringing earplugs.

Beautiful villa secluded from the closest town so that it felt private but close enough to the beautiful villages of Umbria. We were a group of 14 and it felt spacious. Big estate with private indoor & outdoor pool, gym, billiard in Umbria
Beautiful large Villa, well maintained. Mixed age family of 19 and plenty of room.
