"Great housekeeping"

"Excellent location if you want to be in the beautiful old town area of San Diego. It is a historical building and a museum with a nice historical charm. On certain days of the week, you will have to call a number so that you can be checked in. It was my first time to stay here and when I arrived at past 3pm on a Tuesday, I couldn't find the entrance, since all the doors were closed. I didn't realize you have to call them first. "The staff was friendly and didn’t give us a hard time about anything. The only thing the hotel needs are some air fresheners in the hallways, other than that the room was very clean!"

"Nice hotel, close to everything."

"Pool was excellent. Breakfast was okay. Parking $26 not $15 but they honored it which was nice. Beds firm. Fridge shuts off after 2 hours. Only 1 nearby restaurant within walking pizza which was okay not great. Snacks in room, fun eventho we paid for that upgrade and the king bed size."

"After paying hotel fees on Expedia, I had to pay hotel service fees upon check in. Not cool. Not cool at all. Also, for the money, the rooms are substandard. Cheap finishings, very dirty windows. I could have paid half as much for twice as nice nearby."

"Rooms were really clean and comfortable. Request for services were addressed quickly. Staff was very nice and friendly."

"I stayed for 3 nights, during that time the cleaning only provided clean towels 1 day only. I asked for additional coffee replacement and i had to go to the lobby for pick up."

"Everything was great! staff was friendly. would stay here again"
