Max at the front desk escorted us to our room explained everything we needed and also presented us with a free bottle of wine which we had on the balcony watching the sunset. the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. the location was also great. we would highly recommend this hotel. "

"A lovely boutique hotel in a very central location, just off Piazza Castello. Service is very efficient and staff very accomodating . Breakfast plentiful and very tasty. We had a Premium room, which was adequate and comfortable for our family of 4. The bathroom had 2 fixed shower heads - a handheld one would have been more convenient. The daily cleaning of the room was carried out very late (after 4pm) and this proved to be an inconvenience when we returned for a rest and some relief from the heat "

"Five star in all respects in a very convenient central location - 5 minutes to Egyptian Museum, 15 minutes to castle. Well appointed room with extremely comfortable bed and complete amenities. Luxurious lobby and lobby bar and very helpful staff. I skipped the high end resturant in favor of the bistro which was just ok. Difficult to find if you're driving, but valet parking offered."
