"Great location, hotel doing its best considering limited space, small rooms. Just too old and limited. Should be a three star hotel with five star location, great breakfast. No decent lobby, no restaurant beyond breakfast."

"In the center of the cave properties, no parking , park outside , need to walk about 7 minutes minutes , receptionist was an older gentleman, not helpful, very little English, and somewhat unpleasant , if the property is restricted with parking, I think a detailed instructions how to park is necessary, he was not helpful at all!! But eventually we figured it out, that made the experience somewhat negative, and don’t be fooled by the pool, you need to pay for the time slot , a lot of walking to the room , it is expected for a cave hotel on the hill , the room was pretty far away from the reception area "

"Hotel staff did a great job helping us with the off site parking, though it does cost $15 one way and $20 on Sunday. That seemed a bit steep for a 5 minute taxi ride. Samir was very helpful with our luggage and also with recommendations. Room was very quiet and comfortable."
