"Nice room but lacking basic necessities. Hot water heater runs out of hot water fairly quickly. Cleaning staff not consistent. Room was not cleaned last night and ran out of shampoo and toilet paper. Property is being run as a cash cow. Missing light bulb cover, toilet paper holder, soap and conditioner holder in shower, mirror in bathroom too low to see face for shaving. Not enough light over bathroom sink. Etc."

"Accommodation is excellent, lovely to be met by the host who did an essential shop for us as we were arriving late. Airy rooms with air conditioning. The pool is great for a dip after a day sightseeing in Porto. The steps into the pool were very slippery and wobbly so care is needed entering and exiting the pool. "This is the second time we stay at this beautiful place. Great location, comfortable rooms, good food, and most importantly amazing staff that always go the extra mile to make your stay a special one.
