Close to the lake for leisure activities and close to the exhibition centre..
This was our first trip to Toronto. Had an amazing time staying here. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Great view of the water and CN Tower/ city scape.

We really enjoyed our stay. This apartment is in great location. Comfortable walk to CN Tower and near by attractions. Beautiful view of the city and the lake. Highly recommend this place to stay.
The property was just as described. It was perfect for our 5 day stay. The streetcar stop is right outside and the property location is within walking distance to many of the tourist sites. The views from the windows and balcony are astounding.

The host was easy to get a hold of and explained everything I needed to know thoroughly. The place was gorgeous with amazing views, walking distance to our concert venue and other attractions and shops. Would definitely recommend.
This was a great place to stay with our family! Probably the best part for us was the park right outside the building. We used it every night! We had a minor issue that we worked through with the property manager right away. They are very responsive! The place was clean and had just about everything we needed! I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again if we came back to Toronto!
This property is really clean, room for 2 couple's, only a 5 minute ride to Metro Toronto Convention Center. It over looks Billy Bishop Airport and I’m sure the view of the lake would be great on a clear day.
Nicely kept and comfortable; responsive host (thank you!). Building seemed friendly and well maintained. Security was helpful and pleasant.
Had a little trouble trying to find my way to the elevator after parking in P3. Lol
And note that the temporary parking, while doing the checkin process, is on the west side (?) of the Building.

Two friends and I spent three days in Toronto. The apartment was our home base for relaxing conversations and restful sleep. The 509 streetcar is just steps away from the building so we were able to explore without having to drive. Richard is a wonderful host and was very responsive to our questions. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit Toronto.
Great place, but a negative experience at checkout
The apartment was beautiful and clean with gorgeous views of the CN tower, Toronto skyline, and a bit of Lake Ontario. The messages via Vrbo were generally informative, and the owner was responsive until I received an expensive parking ticket in the garage upon leaving. It was not clear in the communication that there was an assigned parking spot in the garage. I asked the host to split the cost of the ticket with me two days ago and have not gotten a reply. Due to the lack of response, I will not be staying there again.

Great location. Clean secure building. The water is shut off at 9:30 am -5pm. There was no mention of this in the advertisement. If we knew this all for of us would have got up earlier. When mentioned to the owner there was no response. For this reason I would not have paid as much for apartment.
The unit was exactly as illustrated in the VRBO overview. It was immaculate and the furniture, floors and kitchen were new. Its proximity to the Billy Bishop Island airport, the 509 streetcar and local grocery stores made for seamless travel within the city if you chose not to bring an automobile. The Loblaws on Bathhurst St (a 7 minute walk) is very nice as it offers a wide variety of pre-prepared Canadian and Ethnic meals/soups/fare and the Shopper Drug Mart next door was s a good place to purchase Toronto Transit Commission Presto Cards (dedicated desk is in the back of the store) as streetcars and trains no longer accept Canadian currency as admission. The host and building concierge were both knowledgeable and very helpful. Overall a convenient travel experience.
