I liked the closeness to the Roger’s Centre for concerts, lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The unit was spotless. Quick responses from the host. Initially the communication could have been better, about how to access the unit, but aside from that everything was great. The unit that’s advertised is not necessarily the unit that you get. They manage several buildings so you don’t know until the day of your stay where you’ll be staying but they are in close proximity.

11 nights. Cannot have a better location if you want to stay close to Rogers center/CN tower: it is literally in front of it. The "luxury suite" has a corner balcony, corner of John&Front Streets. The suite has two complete bathrooms. Despite they say it fits for 5, there is no sofa bed but it was very comfortable for my 10 year-old and they have provided extra sheets, pillows, utensils, plates, towels. M br has king, 2nd has a queen. Make sure to ask for everything in advance, especially if you stay for many nights. Make sure to contact them to the phone number they provide in the confirmation about a week before you go. Check in is done by text message, one of the staff will be at the lobby to show you the place and proceed with the deposit and cleaning fee. Refunding the deposit was done after check out and confirmed fast. They have provided enough dishwasher pills as well as garbage bags for the stay. Small vacuum also available. There is a tv in the master bedroom and living room. Possible to connect our own equipment (ex Chromecast). Internet access works well. Elevator slow but one of the three was not available, making long wait sometimes but not a show stopper. Swimming pool with view is excellent. Towels provided in the suite. Washer/dryer work well. Kitchen fan was not usable, reported issue but technician could not come before we left. Only one key is given. A tag attached to it allows you to get in the building and reach services ex: pool. Very clean, recommend.

This property was a condo rental. The owner was very nice. Helped us get in for parking. The area was very nice. My daughter and I went walking around and felt very safe. Would stay here again!!!

This property was wonderful! The unit was beautiful, clean, and had a magnificent view of the city! The CN Tower and Arena is right outside your window and a lot of attractions are simply walking distance. We did not have a car, but parking was offered and easily accessible. All in all a wonderful time in Toronto

Location was fantastic, room was lovely. A building this size is very reliant on elevator access. Unfortunately, two of three elevators that served this 27 storey building were not working. This was the only negative, otherwise was a great stay.

Apartment The apartment was very nice. Like that there is a bathtub. Nice big TV. Bedroom LOVED the mattress. Really great. Pillows were ok. Neutral on the pillows. The kitchen seemed nice and pretty well equipped. It was missing tea and coffee. Cleanliness in the apartment was good, although the cleaning fee was exorbitant.

This was a great place in a great location. Check in and parking were easy. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because of the elevator situation. We were on the 35th floor in a beautiful apartment with amazing views but the elevator took forever. It was always full. It took 40 mins for my family to get to the lobby and that included us going down 10 plus flights of stairs to try on other floors. We dId stay on New Years Eve so maybe it made it crazier. Other than that everything was great
