This two-storey apartment is located on the second and third floors of a semi-detached, heritage home on a quiet residential street in historic Cabbagetown.
The large open-concept living and dining area are complete with a Smart TV, comfortable living furniture and dining set.
The kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and laundry facilities (washer and dryer). Various cooking utensils and appliances (coffee maker, toaster and kettle) are available to guests. Between the living room and kitchen is a full bathroom, including a bath tub.
A large, bright bedroom is available on the main floor and contains a queen bed, closet, and workspace (desk and chair).
Upstairs you will find a large second bedroom with a queen bed and a dedicated workspace (desk and chair).
Outside, the backyard patio is a quiet space to escape to. Patio furniture is provided in the warmer months (May-September).
The apartment is walking distance from restaurants, shopping and transit (Subway, Streetcar and Bus). Nearby neighbourhoods include Yorkville, Riverdale, Danforth, Cork Town and Toronto’s Financial District.
