Location was wonderful, close to everything. The rooms were clean but had an odor. Seems like the room wasn’t used often. For some reason, There was only one elevator that went to the 16th floor. The breakfast was excellent as well as the staff. Customer service was excellent. The hotel should invest in better towels. They were very rough on the skin.

The staff was extremely pleasant, efficient, and helpful. A great selection of food downstairs in comfortable setting. We requested a microwave in our room and one was delivered in 5 minutes. Bed was excellent and attractive. A great solid experience at a very reasonable price. Will definitely go to this hotel.
