The staff were very friendly and helpful. The issue was the room temperature, it was either very cold or very hot, and it seems we were not able to actually control the temperature ourselves. Also, the parking is not ideal as the lot was almost always full. I noticed there were cars that were snowed in, which leads me to think that perhaps they are people who are travelling? Perhaps there should be a limit as to how many travellers can park there, so that hotel guests actually have somewhere to park as well. Again ... no issues at all with the staff, they were great!

I have stayed at this particular location a few different times and the rooms have been clean both stays. Overall, this hotel is very nice and it is clean. The only issue I had was I wanted a room with a view of the city and they gave me a room facing the new hotel there building and i fell like you shouldnt have to pay for parking at this location really no need the parking lot is part of the hotel

Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was so comfortable. Check-in and out was easy. Hotel parking lot is under a bit of construction so had to access the hotel from the rear which was a bit inconvenient as I arrived after 1:00 am. Other than that ai had an excellent stay
