A few patched up holes in the wall that weren’t quite done. Place smelled of perfume. It was basic, good enough for a few nights’ stay. Great convenient location.

Nice room and good location. The only problem was we needed another set of keys for the room. We were 2 guest and we didn't always have the same activities to do, so it was hard to manage planning wise.

Convenient location and on the PATH. The place needs a bunch of TLC. Lamps need lightbulbs to work. The sofa is awful as the springs are gone. If you plan on spending time in the condo, I wouldn't stay here again. If you are a bunch of guys coming in for a game/weekend, it is fine.

I arrived to find a unit that was better than described. It was ideally located for my travel purposes and near a pile of amenities. The unit was quiet and comfortable. My only advice is to make sure you have your unit number and entry instructions handy, as the door people are not necessarily aware of your reservation. I would highly recommend this property.

The unit we rented had a HUGE balcony that we weren’t expecting, was clean enough for us. There was a broken closet door and some minor cosmetic damage but nothing that interrupted our stay. Close to everything!! Shopping, Roger’s and Scotiabank Centre, CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium and many restaurants and a grocery store. Check in information didn’t come until 12 hours before arrival and then just a few hours before arriving. Which was stressful to me - but it all went smoothly!

I enjoyed my stay. Some issues with tv on first night, no cable. Moved at 8 pm to unit with cable. Next day technician had to reconnect tv to internet. I’m a senior and found the shower a bit unsafe since no tails in tub & no grips on floor. Otherwise a good unit. Would book again but would want to ensure cable tv is working.

Great location! Some blinds missing

This condo was in an excellent location to the MTCC and the waterfront and Front St. Within walking distance. The bed was soft but surprisingly comfy. The furniture looked a little worse for wear. Some of the vertical blinds were missing so it made my choice of which bedroom to sleep in easy. I couldn't have slept in the one by the window. When out on the balcony, you can see Lake Ontario in a big opening between two buildings. You could also see the Skydome.

The promptness of hows and what to dos could have been better. Would have been better to explain stuff during initial process. I missed a few messages because yhey csme at times i didnt expect them to message. But overall good place. Close to where i needed to go. Cool underground path that leads to mall and restaurants as well as grocery store. Cool place

Thank goodness the location is amazing. Our fridge didn’t work - do you think we could have someone come fix it? No…. I made multiple attempts to contact someone with the various phone numbers that were left, but all I got back was an automated generic response. The instructions that were left for the TV were useless….still couldn't figure it out. The room was pretty run down. I guess that is the trade off for the price at this location
