DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Toronto Downtown

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Toronto Downtown

8/10 Good
"The property is very clean, breakfast is very good, and most of the staff were very helpful. The location is very convenient to many Toronto sites. I found the room small, not well lit, and the towels old. The fixtures in the bathroom are awkwardly placed such as the toilet paper holder sits under drying towels hanging on the towel rack. As I mentioned, the breakfast was very good but I was charged $2 for a little cheese on my already overpriced eggs, I asked for another towel one night because mine was still damp, and never received it so I can’t give the staff a 100% rating but all the others were great."
