We were in Toronto to watch baseball. It was close, convenient and easy to access. We felt safe. The property was very responsive to any communication, too. Would definitely do again.

Great stay

The property was beautiful! The security of the building was great! The union station is only a 5-10 minute walk from the building and has lots of food choices which was great! (You will need a master card or credit card with you to pay for parking)

I really liked it. So tidy and I had a really good sleep. We went to a concert and it was nice to come back and watch some tv before bed. It was just so neat and tidy. Everything is there to enjoy.

Clean and communication with the rental agent was phenomenal. When we arrived, the front desk clerk was not there and several guests had been waiting for nearly an hour to check in. You can not operate the elevator without them. So that was a good safety feature. However, if I had been one to have to wait an hour, this review would not be as positive.

Was a good place to stay. The room was clean. A lot of scuff marks on the wall amd some damages around. The towel bar in the washroom wa hanging off the wall.

Suite has a small private patio area with chairs but it was very dirty and lots of weed overgrowth that should be dealt with to make that space enjoyable

Great location as next to Union Station and Scotiabank Arena! Good communication for location information. It looks right over the highway and was very loud throughout the night. Clean but could use some maintenance. Bathroom sink was clogged so water not draining. Shower was dripping. Don't expect coffee as the pods were not compatible for coffee maker and no drip maker for the ground coffee. Bottom line: good place to crash for a night but bring ear plugs!

This condo should not even be rented. Well maybe to a teenager for 100 a night. ….but it certainly does not come even close to any condo I have rented in the past. It is in rough shape with furniture and decor from a thrift store.

The property is central downtown so good location. This apartment is on the motorway side and was noisy. The carpet and curtains were in poor shape. Blackout curtains that don’t meet in the middle. Plumbing was faulty and could not be fixed. The customer agent Eloise was very responsive but couldn’t solve these problems. For 300CAD per night I expect better.

The location was easy to find and felt very safe. The room its self was very dated and was right beside a high traffic freeway. Very noisy 24-7. The shower was not great it was either scald your self hot of ice bath cold so that set the tone for the stay. Management was very responsive but could not repair it and did not let me know that it wasn’t fixable. So we had horrid showers while we were there. It was grossly hot in the city so needed to be able to have showers. (I do feel like compensation should have been offered but no dice there) The bed was very comfortable and linens were clean.

Absolutely terrible unit and service

The unit had signs of damage in literally every room. The kitchen counters weren't properly cleaned (stains and water rings from glasses), there was a collection of dust/dirt on the ceiling, the apartment smelled sour, and so much more. I took a total of 26 pictures to capture the various issues I found throughout the apartment. The bed was as thin and uncomfortable as a pull out couch. Save your money and book literally anywhere but here.

We were only there for a few days, but the location was great. Very clean, great location (walking distance to everything you'd want in downtown Toronto). The building staff are very pleasant and helpful. Additionally, even thought they aren't there, we were confident in communicating with Rivetstays and getting such speedy responses.

They were totally unprepared for us the first night. Our room was not what we paid for. We had booked a two bedroom suite with kitchenette, living room, washer and dryer. We arrived to be put in a tiny room with one bed, kitchenette and bathroom for the 4 of us. It was a very upsetting and stressful first night. All we have been offered for compensation is 10 per cent. Just terrible, would never stay there again.
