Set in the heart of Toronto’s up-and-coming Stockyards District, this neighborhood offers a perfect balance of urban convenience, local charm, and residential calm. Located on the vibrant stretch of St. Clair Avenue West, the area is walkable, transit-accessible, and full of local gems waiting to be discovered.
HOUSE RULES
● No pets or visiting animals allowed.
● No smoking of any kind inside, outside, or in common areas.
$250–$350 fine for violations.
● No drugs, cannabis, or illegal substances.
$250 fine applies.
● No overnight visitors or undisclosed guests.
$50 per guest per night fee for each undisclosed guest.
● After 6 guests, there is a 50 CAD per guest per night fee (maximum 8 guests).
● No parties or loud noises.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
● No shoes inside the unit or on carpet/rugs.
● Do not drag luggage to avoid damaging hardwood floors.
● No food on the couch, beds, or other furniture.
Please enjoy meals in the dining area.
● Lost or misplaced key/key fob will result in a $250 replacement fee.
● Let us know in advance if you need sofa bed bedding so we can prepare.
● No access to mailbox or mail delivery — owner use only.
● Take all personal belongings at checkout. $30 fee for returning forgotten items.
● Government-issued ID and signed form may be required prior to arrival.
● We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses during your stay.
● We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables.
● A refundable damage deposit of $250–$500 will be required.
