"Where do I begin, the entry was easy once I figured out how to turn the lock. Upon entering the home I could smell an amazing scent. Not sure what it was but it was lovely. Everything was perfectly in its place. Plenty of space for a two bedroom home. I used the mini heaters faithfully in the bedroom. The bed felt amazing also , I slept in both lol. "I arrived to discover that a house that I had booked with a clear understanding that it was an entire house for my use only, and then called and spoke with the owner to clarify to make sure that that was the case and was reassured. Yes, it’s you rented the whole house. It’s yours, only to discover somebody sleeping in the home, occupying most of the cabinets with their food, the refrigerator with their food, kitchen, a little bit less and clean, a bathroom, a little less than expected"

"This property was terrible. We arrived to find the house filthy and all the beds unmade. Trash everywhere, food left out on counters, blood in one of the beds. We could not stay here and booked another hotel at 11:00 PM in Pittsburgh. I have never seen such a filthy vacation rental. "
