Mini break at the Dene.

So glad we booked crimdon dene Lovely and clean,powerfull shower, Plenty of space in draws and cupboards, Good variety of food for breakfast Polite staff. And lastly approx 10min walk through the abbey to the beech. Definitely recommended

Excellent service,amazing host nothing too much trouble.super clean rooms. Breakfast was the best we had all weekend. Only had one on last day wish we'd had booked for the whole weekend.

Amazing Bed and Breakfast. The owners could not do enough for you and were so kind. Great location, beautiful bedrooms, and so clean and tidy. The breakfasts were out of this world, you name it, they offer it. Would definitely recommend to anyone, families especially.

Very enjoyable stay

From start to finish everything was spot on. We arrived early and we were allowed to leave our car on site. The room was really nice very spacious and spotlessly clean lovely fluffy white towels and fresh clean bedding with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast we had on our 2nd day and it was realy enjoyable full english or various other choices if required. There was cereals fresh fruit, yoghurts toast and all sorts of spreads jams marmite peanut butter etc plenty of choices for everyone, fruit juices and fresh coffee and tea. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Kul the manager was a very nice friendly man and could not do enough for you I most certainly would return and would highly recommend. Thank you Kul for your very warm hospitality.

What a lovely break😉

My partner and I stayed 4 night's at this hotel and even before our arrival I was corresponding with the owner Kul. What a lovely and welcoming person Kul is, as on the day of our arrival we were greeted warmly and given a welcome drink as well as instructions on our stay. Nothing was to much and if you wanted to change food items for your breakfast (as we both did), it was highly recommended. We would both definitely stay again, if visiting Torquay. Kul and his family are homely, genuine, hard-working and honest people and in this day and age, these are qualities which are so hard to find. You should be very proud of what you have achieved Kul and it was a pleasure staying at your establishment and getting to know you.

Little gem

Clean and quiet. Rooms spacious and good decor. Breakfast excellent, feast like a king. Owners hospitality excellent. Small niggle, cups could be bigger for tea and coffee. Free parking, a little tight but easy walking access to beach, bars and dining. Enjoyable stay, would return.

Horrendous

Awful room was freezing cold!! Very rude staff! Held against our will verbally abused and threatened intimidated and shouted at aggressively was entrapped in a room and wasn’t allowed to leave the property!! Wouldn’t recommend at all!

Very warm welcome and extremely helpful proprietor. Couldn’t do enough to accommodate my needs. Breakfast was top class . They really go the extra half mile. Free parking is a bonus these days.

Great B&B

Comfortable, good breakfast, friendly owners. Booking B&Bs can be such a gamble, but this one isn’t. Would recommend for an overnight or short break.

Whilst the staff were friendly, the property clean it was dated and tired looking. I think the young man could have better presented himself in terms of cleanliness, his t-shirt was not clean. He did not say where breakfast was. Apart from that he was very pleasant. His father more so and well presented. The bathroom was quite small and shower hand held. Overall for the price good and breakfast was great.

Tiny TV

Spacious, clean accommodation. Ideally located for Abbey Park. Breakfast options were excellent. One of the best in this price range. The major let down was a tiny 14 inch TV which was 4:3 resolution meaning the picture was minute when displaying a widescreen picture with black bars top and bottom. Input signal was intermittent on some channels. Wi-Fi suffered occasional drop outs. Only one key per room which isn't ideal for a twin room.
