We came for the Fan Fest held at Universal so it’s close proximity and free shuttle service to the park keeps us coming. The staff is great .Jerry checked me in and was super gracious. "Highly recommend! Right in the center of Hollywood walk of fame, everything we needed was in walking distance. Staff was amazing, the Spare Room bar with bowling was super cool, we loved the burgers and beers and especially the staff at 25 degrees bar. The pool area and bar are also very nice. Keep in mind parking is $75 a night if you keep your car there! "
