"Our stay was extremely disappointing, and we ended up leaving almost immediately. The apartment has no air conditioning and no fans, making it unbearably hot during the summer. "Probably the best hotel room I have stayed in for a long time - everything was well designed, thought through and well maintained. The only fault I could find (and I’m very fussy) was that you had to unplug the fridge to plug the kettle in … otherwise perfect! Oh - and loved the old style elevator - even if the customers were hopeless at shutting the door properly so the staff had to keep running up and down the stairs to sort it out !!"

"We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for. The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well.
