The staff is so accommodating and wonderful - they are there to help you with anything you need and are always polite and cheerful. Rooms are absolutely beautiful and they keep them clean! I will absolutely be back whenever I go to Reggio Calabria again! Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! "

"Wir hatten an unserem Anreise Tag einen sehr späten Flug, sind daher erst gegen 23:30 Uhr an der Untekrunft angekommen. Das hatte ich auch im Voraus dem Besitzer der Unterkunft kommuniziert - aber als wir ankamen hat uns niemand die Tür aufgemacht und per Telefon war auch niemand zu erreichen. Also mussten wir (zwei junge Frauen wohlgemerkt) uns dann mitten in der Nacht um eine Ersatzunterkunft kümmern für die wir logischerweise zahlen mussten!!! Als wir dann am nächsten Morgen in die Unterkunft...
